Belina Raffy is the Empress/director of Maffick Ltd. She is an experienced executive development expert, consultant, facilitator, coach and improviser. Belina works to enhance the leadership, adaptability, creativity and collaboration capabilities of individuals in blue chip companies, graduate schools and not-for-profit organisations around the world. Her passion is creating conditions in organisations so that people, businesses, customers and the planet can thrive.

Half American, half French - Belina grew up in the US, Mexico and Canada. She has lived in the UK for the past 15 years. She started her career as a project manager for Citigroup, she has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management, and she has studied improvisation with some of the world's most renowned directors/teachers since 1996. She also used to perform amateur stand up comedy in both New York and London.
