Case Studies
Case Study A: Example of Creativity and Business Results
The Issue: A group of consultants were looking for a way to systematically yet creatively generate business ideas, both for themselves and for their clients.
Action: We developed a workshop for them, designed to explore their current ways of thinking about their business and to examine their blind spots.
Results: The consultants became much more aware of the impact of language on thought - both inside and outside of the organisation. They were able to reframe and act upon a wider range of business opportunities. They were also better able to help their clients to perceive new opportunities.
"Extremely effective at getting you to step out of your comfort zone (that you didn't even realise you were in!) and look at things differently to discover new ideas." - Jennifer Harris, MD of JRBH

Case Study B: Example of A Fresh Approach
TThe Issue: A group of managers wanted to improve their value propositions, mental agility, and ability to use resources more creatively. It is easy to become complacent with business as usual. Being aware that certain products, processes, strategies, and relationships could improve does not equate to being able to systematically explore improvement opportunities in a way that gets results.
Action: We developed an eight-session programme for the managers. Each session explored a different aspect of business and introduced ways of analysing specific issues from multiple perspectives. Sessions were designed to enhance communication, collaboration and change management skills.
Results: The managers were able to perceive and act upon a wider range of business opportunities from each interaction, using their existing business resources.
